Directions and Parking

The Lucky Penny Community Arts Center is located at 1758 Industrial Way, with the main entry at Suite 208. Note that there are two buildings at the address, and the Arts Center is in the southern of the two. Free parking is available in the two parking lots that serve the southern and northern buildings, and around the cul-de-sac at the end of Industrial Way, just steps away from the main entry.

Theatre Seating

Our intimate 99-seat theatre has seating on three sides of the stage. The image above is an example of the seating chart you will see when you purchase tickets online. Seats in red are sold, seats in green are available. Blue seats can be removed for wheelchair users when needed. Using our online ticketing system, you can select the exact seats you want and complete the purchase securely. Follow this link for online sales.

Advance Sales, Box Office Hours and Onsite Sales
Online and telephone ticketing for advance sales is available for all performances. Click on the "Tickets" item in the top of the page menu for online ticketing, or call 707-266-6305 and leave a message. The onsite box office in the lobby opens one hour before each performance, and any available tickets are on sale at that time. The lobby remains open and you are welcome to relax and enjoy a snack or a beverage. We recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to curtain if you have tickets at Will Call. While you wait for the show to begin you can enjoy displays in our lobby, and enjoy a snack or beverage from our concessions.

Late seating
Performances begin promptly at the curtain time planned. Latecomers will be seated at the House Manager’s discretion. Patrons who leave the theater during a performance may—at the sole discretion of the house manager—be re-seated during the performance but possibly not in their original seat. This policy is in place to protect the safety of actors and audience members.

Smoking and e-cigarettes
Smoking—including vaping or the use of e-cigarettes—is prohibited in inside the Community Arts Center and within 20 feet of any door.

Bringing children to the theater
Children are encouraged to attend appropriate performances. Some of our productions include mature subject matter and/or language that may be inappropriate for children. Adults are ultimately the best judge of what is right for the young ones in their charge. Please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it if you are unsure about the appropriateness of a particular show. In general, children under the age of 7 may not be interested in our productions except for those targeted to children. For the benefit of others viewing the performance, no babes in arms, please.

Service fees
It costs $2-$3 per ticket to cover the costs of our ticketing system. That cost is included in the price of each ticket purchased online, by telephone and in-person, so you will not see any additional fees added to your purchase.

Refund & exchange policy
All sales are final, and there are no refunds. Whenever possible, we will exchange your tickets for another date if you discover a conflict, but we cannot guarantee that an exchange will always be possible. If at the last minute you are unable to use your tickets, you may turn them in as a contribution to Lucky Penny Productions for resale. The value of the donated tickets is tax-deductible and acknowledged by mail. Contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
